Why do we need a real estate agent for selling or buying home?

Do we really need a real estate agent in this age of an AI assisted world?  There are 3 reasons for you to consider why you may benefit from hiring a Real Estate agent!

1.       You need to know the value of the home regardless of whether you are buying or selling.  (How would you know the value of the home without seeing the home?  Online valuation tools are only estimates; to arrive at an accurate market price of the home one needs to see the actual conditions of the home in person!)

 2.      You need an advocate who will communicate and negotiate for you!  Real estate market is very complicated and competitive… (Writing a winning contract requires a lot of skill: You need to first know the value of the home (because … home sells at market price), You may need to write in an effective escalation clause in many multiple bidding situations and a competitive inspection clause… to name a few.)  As a seller, you need an agent who can effectively negotiate the best  terms with the help of the seller’s attorney.  It’s a teamwork and your real estate agent is the facilitator of this big project!

 3.      You need a guide who will support you during the stressful real estate buying and selling process.  You need a trustworthy real estate guide who will connect you with the best real estate related professionals e.g., inspectors, attorneys, etc. whenever problems arise along the way to the closing table.

Wish you good luck in your real estate journey,

First blog post!

Hello there, I am so thrilled to write my first blog post for this blog platform!  I have decided to create this blog... because so many people ask me what the real estate market is like... And I thought it would be a good idea for me to write about real estate market trends so that people can make informed decisions.  Writing about blog posts on the latest real estate trends will be beneficial to me as well; I will be encouraged more to learn & reflect about the fast changing real estate market and the overall global economy, which is always an important factor to take account of.  Please stay tuned to the next blog post and wish you all the best in your real estate journey!
